Pricing and Currencies

All prices shown on ecyclog.com are based on US Dollars (USD). For customers in some countries such as Canada, UK and Australia etc, PayPal automatically converts USD amounts to your home currency when you check out. PayPal will show the details to you before committing payments.

Note that stock and availability shown on this site are provided for your reference only. While we strive to provide the most accurate and timely stock and availability information, availability information may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is received.

 

Order Acceptance

After completing an order you will receive an email confirming the order in about 10 minutes. If you do not see this e-mail 15 minutes after placing your order, please contact us and we will promptly (within about 24 hours) locate your order and send you your order number.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. eCyclog.com reserves the right, at sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

 

Shipments

eCyclog.com offers free shipping service to worldwide for all shipments via airmail.  For most North American, European and Asian countries, orders usually arrive in 4-15 business days. The delivery time is determined by the delivery method, destination and the custom clearance time etc. Our shipment is internationally delivered from Hong Kong. You may also choose other pay shipping service on our website such as EMS. Should you request any other alternatives to deliver your package, please contact us.

*Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs, brokerage and other collection fees. We will not responsible for any lost, delayed and/or damaged to the products due to the cause by the carriers.

 

Return Policy

Customers are expected to contact us prior to making any return or exchange. All returns and refunds must be approved by eCyclog.com. Once refund is approved, you will receive product price excluding all actual shipping fees already incurred. Actual shipping fees incurred are determined by the weight of each returned product and by the way it was sent (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL and Regular/Registered Airmail, etc).

Products that are eligible for return:

  • Any products that are D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival).
  • Any products that are unused, unopened or defactive within postmarked 15 calender days of delivery*

*Definition of delivery date: for EMS/DHL and some registered airmail packages, the delivery date is displayed on the courier's tracking site. For orders that do not have online delivery dates provided by the courier, the delivery date is assumed to be 7 calendar days after shipment.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

  • Any products that were not purchased from eCyclog.com
  • Any products without a valid, readable serial number, including, but not limited to, products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
  • Any products without original packaging and accessories, including retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any products from which the posted code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any products that exhibits physical damage
  • Any products for which you had submitted a mail-in rebate
  • Return period has expired.

Customers are expected to sumbit return shipping details and information to eCyclog.com. It is strongly recommended to use a trackable method of shipment as eCyclog.com cannot be responsible for items lost while in transit.
